Madison Tanning has very exceptional tanning beds.! The employees are always very friendly. However, very few of them actually try to sell their products. Also, when I became a member I was not aware of the free bed upgrades I automatically received. The upgrades ended up expiring before I could use them because I was not aware they even existed until a friend of mine starting tanning there and was alerted of her free upgrades. I also did not receive the free sample lotions they give to new members.



To improve I think that more employees should try selling their tanning lotions and alerting customers of everything that comes with their new membership.
