RUN! BED BUGS GALORE! HORRIBLE SERVICE AS WELL!



We checked into this hotel for the sake of affordability and as a Knights Inn customer previously, I didn't expect luxury but rather a safe and clean place to sleep. After stepping into the shower, I noticed spider webs on the ceiling with a small white spider making it's way. I killed it and while looking for tissue to wipe my hand, I noticed there was less than a quarter roll of tissue and the shampoo packet had already been opened and used some. I figured this small detail had been overlooked in the cleaning. My partner and I decided to stay in the room for the remainder of the night and at 2:32 AM, we were awakened by BED BUGS attacking us. Face, hands, arms, legs...everywhere. I lifted the mattress to find an infestation. We slept in the chair for the remainder of the night and had to discard multiple articles of clothing.



We called and corporate stated that they could do nothing since they were 'independently owned'. I was disappointed to hear this from Wyndham. We went through the lady SHAREEM at the front desk who had a horrible attitude. She would talk on the phone while you were standing in front of her and when you called, she would disconnect the call and yell into the phone not to call back. The "general manager" Martha or Merva is also very rude. We made 3 trips to get a partial refund after being told by Shareem she would be there and arrived and she was not. The owner told me to call the supervisor SAM who also had a terrible attitude, making it very clear that he didn't HAVE to do anything for us.



This stay turned into a two week nightmare and I would never recommend KNIGHTS INN or any other Wyndham property to anyone. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

worst rooms ever!

they do not clean their rooms nor do they have maintenance on call I've been locked out of my room since 6 am an still have not been let back in won't be til at least 10 am an I check out at 11 am an all I received back as a refund was ten dollars this place is a joke! they have horrible customer service their phones do not work I would not ever recommend this place to anyone not even a worst enemy! they do have bed bugs as well! so I say stay at your own risk the housekeepers may not speak good English but they are the only customer friendly people here! if I could give it less then one star I would give it zero!

infested with cockroaches. do not stay here. even after informing the front desk they still charged us the room fee.

This is hotel u dont ever want to stay at. The rooms are nasty holes in the wall stuff all over the carpet. And the bathroom was HORRIBLE. PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. And if only gave it 1 star so i could post my comment
