Whole place is nasty they don't disinfectant the seats after the the previous customers they customers out order the whole place is nasty and gross smells like swamp water when you walked into it

Nasty place management unprofessional, tell them to get a room. Sickening smell like mopped with urine.

Colleen, Andrew & Christina are our favorite server's, but everyone is great. Very friendly. The food is always great.

The food's okay; expensive compared to other resturants of its class. I've never had fries here that weren't had as rocks. Hash browns are horrid - underdone and tasteless always! Service has ranged from good to really really really bad - this place is nothing to rave about. I go there for the free wifi. Big boys usually has great tasting coffee - go to the one at gratiot and nine mile for a much better dining experience.

This is not your average Big Boy, it has a different, smaller, brighter, open, old-school layout and is clean, clean, clean! Did I mention that it was clean? Staff was friendly and attentive, but not intrusive. Had the standard Super Big Boy combo & it was probably the best burger I've ever had in a Big Boy's. It far exceeded my expectations and was the quality you'd expect in a gourmet burger joint, it was that good! The onion rings were better then most Big Boy's, but I'm not a big fan of Big Boy onion rings as a whole, but I'll get them at this location. The hot fudge cake I received for dessert was huge and again, the best I've ever had at a Big Boy's. Probably could have won an award or something. This restuarant has maintained the quality that originally made Big Boy's one of the main players of the family restuarant scene back in the day. Definitely worth stopping in.
