My first impression was that the apts were a good community. Worst choice ever! Kids run wild & fight pretty much everyday. The windows are all sealed poorly. The wind gusts thru them are so bad you might as well have the windows open. Seriously. My kids constantly complain its cold in their room when the heat is on 82. Yea, you have washer & dryer hookups but good luck getting them to fit in the small space. I have small units & they still wouldn't fit. The landlady is NOSEY! She monitors how much time you spend at your apt, who comes & goes from it, if your car is there or not, etc. She also asks neighbors about you & whose at your apt. Maintenance men come in your apt with no prior notice & sometimes without even knocking. I know bc it happened to me mulitple times. They also come in your apt when you're not home for no reason but to snoop. My mail was even opened & hidden like i wouldn't notice. If these things aren't a concern for you, or you don't care about your privacy, this crapbox may work for you.
