I have recently wondered upon Brock's Jewelers in search of a watch battery. I was treated with the up-most kindness as I entered the store. While I was in the store waiting the the jeweler to change my watch battery I was greeted by everyone working. It was such a pleasant experience. I have actually been back in that store to make a purchase. It was not an extremely expensive purchase but I was again treated like I was worth millions. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great customer service and really good quality. The diamonds in the item I purchased sparkle like crazy!! Its a great place to shop hands down!

In my search to find a good jeweler to set a diamond that I was about to purchase from an Internet wholesaler, I found Brock���s which turned out to be just as competitive as the so called Internet wholesaler. I was highly impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable sales staff and great service.

I went to many jewerly stores looking for a certain style, and had a hard time finding it. When I went to Brock's I didnt have to settle,I found exactly what I was looking for!!

I went to purchase a birthday gift, The staff was excellent! They were so helpful, and knowledgeable! The store was beautiful and in a great location.

They really went out of the way to help!
