They delivered a package to my house on 4/6. at 1:53. Instead of them driving down my drive to my house they leave it on a stop sign that wasn't even at my house. the only way I even knew it was there was I got a email and I went out looking for it. You telling me he couldn't drive all the way to my house since I was home and blow the horn if he didn't want to get out. Anyone could have got that package where it was sitting. Your company needs to start asking for signature to make sure your drivers delivers the packages to to right place. This seems to be a on going problem lately. Not the first time we have had to contact someone. when we call UPS all we get is a machine talking to us and never able to speak with anyone.

closed during lunch hours when "regular" people with jobs have a chance to go drop off packages that will not fit in drop box. And there is no PHONE NUMBER for this office ..... Every inconvenient. ......
