This CVS, is far the worst!!!!! The pharmacist and the crew that work the pharmacy are awesome!!!! However when going through the drive through it’s Always awful. I waited for over 25 minutes and couldn’t leave cause I was blocked behind this guy who was picking up his meds and another vehicle that was close up on my car. The line was also long as heck. I called the pharmacy and spoke with the pharmacy supervisor and she stated that they can’t tell a customer to drive around and get back in line or to come inside due to their medicine not being ready. She stated that it’s on their policy that u can’t ask them. I’m at a loss of words. This is the craziest mess ever. They will be losing a valued customer. Beyond upset and I feel sorry for the workers. This is the CVS on Houston Rd and Hartley Bridge. 10.2.2021
