Staff is very good at selling you a new phone or any others stuffs but once I went there and I bought a battery that was not working from them on the same day they were not willing to do a refund. What a joke. I'm guessing the other review also list the same expe,,,,,,
This is my second trip there on Dec 2012. I had an issue with my phone and I was given a refurb phone with my insurance. My refurb phone was a used phone in not great shape, the owner was more interested in selling me a case and processing my credit card. This place suckkkkk

Provided by YP.comTechnician was unable to fix issue with our phone, but very capable of processing credit card payment for the service fee. Unwilling to refund payment, instead insisted on selling us a new phone.
