I Leave a White Quilt, I understand that such stains are not removed but at least looked clean the quilt, I Returned after two days, I looked the quilt at home and the top was with black and gray.



I could not find the manager of the business, the workers just give me telephone numbers and days false for contact the manager, they gave me my quilt totally dirty, be careful to leave things in this business .... THEY DO NOT CLEAN, THEY PUT STAINS IN THE THINGS!!!!!

The customer service is terrible, the ladies (workers) angry and fed up, with the attitude that the customer is responsible for making them work ..... terrible!



I Leave a White Quilt, with some small patches of milk, I understand that such stains are not removed but at least looked clean the quilt, when the lady received the quilt, she didn't say nothing so I thought I could remove the stain I Returned after two days later and the lady was very rude to me and then I saw a slick gray and black as dirty floor grease .... she told me that the quilt was with the stains when they received, I looked the quilt at home and the top was with black and gray.



I called and the lady insisted that it was like that but they will receive the quilt to clean again when I returned the next day to leave it, the lady said she saw the stains (she wasn't the lady the first time) and She asked for the stains (Not connection, She said that She saw the stains, and She ask?) ..... I'll be back in three days and I hope retrieve my Quilt white.
