Very Un-Enchanted with my recent experience with this florist. No confirmation of them receiving my online order. When I called to see if they had been delivered the details regarding the delivery kept changing. I double checked with the delivery location and confirmed that they had been delivered and signed for. At this point I was satisfied. The Florist then proceeded to call me back a total of four times in the next hour insisting they go back to pick them up. I asked them every time they called back not to pick them up and that they were okay. They went out of their way to ensure that the flowers were picked up anyway. It turns out that it was not a matter of pride of their work but more so a bruised ego. The intended recipient was having a really bad birthday and they managed to make it even worse without a second thought. Maybe if you have a high dollar order for these folks they might treat you with a little more respect as a customer, but I would not trust them with the standard 50-60 dollar order. They have little customer focused regard for satisfaction. If it sheds a little more light on how this business is run, they have yet to credit my account for the payment that was made to them for my order.
