Company owner CHRISTOPHER OFFENWANGER instructed his secretary Jessica Offenwanger to " Induce me to Enter Into A Contract Offer Through False Statements and Omissions of the Material Facts".







I contacted MP Heating & Cooling to inquire if the company was interested in offering to me a CONTRACT BID for the following "Goods and Services for Valuable Consideration" :







1) A FULL WARRANTY on Goods and Services







2) The Goods and Services shall consist of the installation of a new Furnace and new Ductwork in my residence's basement.







I explained before signing the contract the specific detail that I MUST HAVE A FULL WARRANTY







Jessica Offenwanger and one of her paid employee's continuously lied to me non-stop before I signed the contract, telling me "False Statements and Omissions of the Material Facts" that a FULL WARRANTY IS INCLUDED in this "Contract For Goods and Services for Valuable Consideration "







Later after I had signed, I discovered the fine print on the back of the signed Contract that specified that the contract is for " LIMITED WARRANTY"







MP Heating & Cooling has unlawfully BREACHED THE CONTRACT
