Stuart is the tech that I used to request from Norstar. I like him because he's honest, reliable and personable. He's a technical guy that takes the time to explain the whole process whether it be about a tuneup or repair. My ac went out during this heat spell and the other company didn't show up, so I called Kinovate. Glad I did because I know Stuart will be honest with me and he gave me different options. The repair prices were fair and reasonable. Even with the extreme heat, he was still friendly as ever.

I called several companies out of the phonebook that either didn't answer their phone or told me that they couldn't help me. I called Kinovate and even though they were busy, they were honest about it and explained that they would be there. They did as promised and I had air conditioning by bedtime. They were so nice and professional. It was so hot and the guy was super friendly and helpful, not rushed or too busy to explain things to me.I recommend this company and I will be using them again

From the start, I was really impressed with this company. They installed a new furnace for me and when the inspector walked through he said that Kinovate was one of the best in town! After hearing that I knew I made the right choice. I highly recommend them.

I called Kinovate after another company made 3 visits and couldn't fix my furnace. I finally got tired of the techs guessing what was wrong and trying to find ways to charge me. I called Kinovate and they fixed it on their first visit and it's still running perfectly after 3 weeks. These techs at kinovate know their stuff and the guy we had was super friendly.

I was very impressed with the furnace tune-up and duct cleaning I received from this company. Very professional appearance and polite and they took their time and cleaned up after themselves. I first called the company out of Tinley Park and I felt that it was a total scam with all their add ons and $69 starting price. Kinovate gave me one price and that is what I paid. They even did a free duct inspection so I could see for sure if I needed a cleaning. The other place didn't offer that. I 100% recommend Kinovate!
