I was terrified to go to dentist for so many years. My teeth were in horrible condition. Prayed for courage to go and made appointment with Aspen in Machesney Park. Told them I was terrified and they said they would take good care of me. They are as good as their word....everyone has been so kind and caring. Dr. Patel was very patient with me and explained what was going on as he worked on teeth. Had teeth pulled and dentures put in. He has a super assistant, Millie. She encouraged me from start to finish. Also feel as if she is a new friend. Thank you, Millie. Thanks to everyone in office. Vicki

I would just like to thank all the staff at Aspen. I had a tooth pulled that was infected and was really sick and nervous about it but the staff made me feel very comfortable and reassured me everything was going to be fine. Ten minutes later tooth was out and I didn't feel a thing! Thank you Dr. Cosic and staff!

I used them in the past and it was like a meat market. I told them I needed a checkup and saw the free xrays but that is only for people without insurance. Then the checkup you need a filling okay take care of it. First our business people will give you a price. It could be this or it could be a root canal of course it was a root canal so fix it first we want to clean your teeth since you haven't had it done for a while that will be a deep scaling cleaning about 2,000 dollars. I said just fix the tooth and they did. Now same thing we need complete checkup and cleaning before we fix anything. I called my insurance and they said they have to do what you want not what they want she didn't think it would be wise to go back there so I found a new dentist that will fix my teeth and not fill their pockets

CAN I SAY TERRIBLE..........TOO EXPENSIVE, THE MAKE "HORSE TEETH" AND THEN CHARGE YOU FOR THEIR MESS UP..............DON'T GO THERE

I love this dental office. We found this office almost a year ago and both my husband and I have had visits here. Selma, Tiffiny, and Dr Patel are all so professional and caring. We will never go to another dental office. I would and do recommend these people to everyone.

I went to this place and saw Dr. Patel. He didn't offer me any options other than to refer me to a o-surgeon, despite declaring that I had a cavity on every tooth and that I needed to have a biopsy for cancer...I practically had to beg for pain meds
