I am a current Lakeview resident and am very pleased with my stay here. It is quiet and peaceful. The units are very spacious with lots of closet space. Be weary of past resident reviews that claim to have moved out on their own. The manager keeps a close eye on the property because that's her job. She has always been nice to be and easy to work with.

It sounds good "lakeview". there is not a lake. yeah they have a pond behind one of the buliding. Yuo pay all of that money for what. I know- for someone to tell you that you can't even be on your porch after ten p.m. The manager is not a good manager. She dosen't do anything but try to tell you who can and can't be at your house when you pay all of that money a month. The maintance men don't come to fix anything, then if they do it's and extra 25 added on to the rent. All the manager wants to do is ride around all day with her husband when she is suppose to be at work. Thats why so many people are moving out. I moved a couple montha ago. I only stayed out there for a coulpe months. I just could'nt take it anymore. Every moring the manager is so noise that she be late for work, The reason is she rides through the parking lot trying to see who all is out. I'am like don't you have a life, and when is out putting out flyers guess who is with her. You got it- her husband. It it from someone who has lived out there it is not what you think. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone one .
