Unless you have cash don't expect them to keep any verbal contract with you, get everything in writing.  Wait a minute, don't buy a car from them, go to an honest dealership, there are very many more in this area.  We applied for our loan, they asked us to come today, we showed up with our down payment, as we walked in, they had sold it to a couple who were sitting there with cash.  Don't make any deals with these people unless you have it in writing or you can legally record it so you have it on record, after they sold the car we were buying, they bait and switched with another car that they would sell us, however, it was all rusted and the car they double sold, was the one we had invested our time in and took to a dealer to inspect.  What these folks do, is sell cars, but at your expense and effort.  Don't waste your time go down to another honest dealership down the road, at least you won't have a car sold out from under you when you show up, save the agony.  If they cut throat sell a car out under you, not really sure what quality of cars they sell as they will go to any length to sell a car, just walk in with cash and they will sell a car they already were selling to someone else.
