Tracy at the vantage has a list of organizations that she sends people to collect money, even if you are capable of paying your fees. She tells you to go there and that she will split the money with you for going, if you don’t comply with her wishes, she starts adding an astronomical amount of money on your account and makes it impossible to reside at your apartment. I am a victim of her treachery. Right now I owe, according to her, (illegally) am being sued 7,000 dollars for not participating in her scams. She will wait a year because she knows it’s not legal to do what she has done, so this is what you will look forward to at the vantage. There was a lot of people that have been illegally evicted out of their apartments and townhomes. I am just trying to warn the next person so that they do not have to suffer like I have. I am still trying to recover from this active, fraudulent deed. Take it from me, anywhere else would be better than this.

The Vantage is a gorgeous property. The staff is amazing, helpful, and very caring. The grounds are clean and the apartments are super roomy and practically brand new! Great location and amenities! Love living here!
