Provided by YP.comI bought a car through them a few months back. I still owed them around $1000 when I drove the car off the lot. We made payment arrangements and so forth. Then, I get a call saying we owe them an additional $340! Apparently, it was for insurance that I didn't even have ... They're nice guys and will give you a good deal but I can assure you there is MUCH cheaper insurance. I'd prepare to have insurance ready to go on any car I bought from them instead of having to use theirs.
I can completely understand the frustration and apologize for the miscommunication between us and the customer. In 2009, we started using promisory notes that clearly spells out what is owed. We have had great success with these contracts and both the customer and the dealer signs off on the agreement. Before the customer leaves both parties have signed off on the amount of money that is owed.
