We are on vacation from Boston, our MGB's starter went out. I got a quote from British Auto on 90 th Holman road, they wanted me to spend another $50 just to do a diagnostic to find out if it was the starter. It's not starting, it's the starter. then saying the price to replace the starter was $400. Brought it to Performance Auto after them being recommended to by2 other shops. They squeezed us in because it was an emergency , could have charge us the "out of state tourist fee" but didn't. Only $234 for the full service and we were out of there in an hour. How can you beat that. Nice people, great mechanics. Thank you again for your help!!
