My Daughter ordered a dress for Quinceanera 3 weeks ago. The Celeste Boutique keep giving her the run around about delivery date. 2 days before the party they said it would be delivered The morning of the party... I went to the store and asked about the delivery, they said UPS messed up. I asked do you have a tracking Number from UPS. OH we forgot to get a tracking number??? The dress never arrived. My Daughter had to be embarrassed to be the only girl without a matching dress. NEVER use the store to order a dress.. Totally incompetent.
