Once again, Amaral Auto Sales & Service goes above and beyond with their service. Specifically Mike in service. Here's what happened. Our car needed a new transmission, we all know how expensive those are. Mike jumped online and found the manufacturer had extended the warranty on this model because there were many know issues. So, instead of putting in a new one at $3,000, Mike was able to get it done for FREE!!!! thanks so much Mike!

purchased a BMW 335i lemon Has been in shop since I purchased it. On November vehicle went back to shop and its March and still there no repair in sight no loaner car nothing other than a good talking they are good at making you feel good even when they are screwing you. Save your money shop elsewhere.
