Provided by YP.comWon an auction from their auction house. My item arrived destroyed. They did not properly package. DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company.
I'm very sorry your item arrived destroyed. We wish you had contacted us to let us rectify the situation. Every package we ship out is 100% insured against breakage. We do try and protect & wrap each item the best we possibly can from breakage. When it leaves our hands, we have no control. Our local post office just recently ran over our packages at pick up! We had no control over the packages that got destroyed. Things, unfortunately, do happen. We don't believe this should deter anyone from bidding on our auctions in the future. We always try and treat each customer as we would like to be treated ourselves.
