Washers #11, #12 and #14 were broke and stole $10.50 of my money. These machines didn't have signs on them saying they were broke. On 07/04/2016 around 2:03 PM, washers number 11 & 12 took 7 dollars of my money ($3.50 a piece), I was forced to wait 20 minutes for them to complete the full wash cycle even though it only spinned and barely released any water. Once my clothes in #13 finished I moved my clothes from 11 and placed them in there and took my clothes from #12 and put them in #14. #14 also took $3.50, it was so broke the machine read on but never started. I've been calling 813) 909-2197 every day since then, they have not answered or returned my calls, the mailbox is now saying it's full. They didn't have any signs saying washers 11, 12 and 14 were broke and stole $10.50 of my money.
