Our UPS store and Lisa do a great job for our business! They are aleays very efficient and helpful

After using this store on 2 occassions I do not recommend this store. On the first occassion they did not track my shipment as promised and had to contact the receiver by phone to confirm its arrival. On the second occassion, I asked twice for a quote regarding the cost of shipment for a package, and after receiving that quote agreed to their packaging the item. When it came time to pay....the cost was almost double the quoted price. The clerk failed to mention that there were two prices, one for shipping and one for packing. I made it very clear to her that I needed to know ahead of time...as I had a budget to stick to. It wasn't until it was packed and sealed that she informed me of the 'true' amount. In disgust...I paid the full amount, but I vowed to myself to never do business there again. I feel that their practice is deceptive.
