Very poor service with a rude receptionist. No knowledge of what amount should be paid. Argued over physical price for school. Both tech and doctor had a dry personality. Ridiculous and a waste of time visit.

On June 1st I went to clinic with my nephew (I'm his tutor, he has a disability) with a bad knee pain. The doctor on duty didn't do an X-ray because he said that he wouldn't see anything. He send him home with a knee brace and pain medication. He said that if he keep having the pain he needs to see an orthopedic. I made the appointment for the orthopedic a week after and they asked me for the XRays. I told them that the Dr. Never did it. I went back today 6/17/15 and explain to the lady in the front desk the situation. They bring him inside and when he got done I asked for the XRays and Dr. Kidd refused to do it because he can stand on his knee. It's been approximately 2 weeks that he is having pain and burning on his knee and the Dr "think" that he is fine without doing and XRays.

Horrible Service

I don't appreciate the fact that Dr. Pleasants was in a hurry to see me. I had questions and he gave brief answers and held the door opened signaling me it was time to go. I did not come here to wait for an hour just for a 5 minute check up. Not to mention, medexpress has diagnosed me with the wrong illnesses before on more than one occasion. I called the nurse about my medication and told her about the doctor. She told me this is an urgent care, and that it would make sense that the doctor diagnosed me with the wrong illness. Well, I truly believe it shouldn't lack high quality and care just because it's urgent care. Not to mention, they don't even know what's wrong with me. I came to see a doctor for a reason. However, the staff at the front was helpful so I gave it another star.

Excellent Care from Doctor Biggers and Staff. Couldn't ask for better. Short wait.... Great care....Open Sundays....8AM to 8PM. Super experience.
