Provided by YP.comThough Forever21 has a wide selection of fashionable clothing and accessories, the customer service (cashier) I recently experienced at this location was unprofessional. Other employees were very helpful, except one.
Checked out and asked the cashier if they sold shoes (sandals) because at some mall locations, they sell shoes. Cashier responded "no we don't sell shoes or XL clothes." A simple "we don't sell shoes here." Would had suffice, instead it came off as an unnecessary jab and rude response. I will not be back to this particular Forever 21 location.
