NEVER do business with these people. I had to sign as part of an estate, and they listed my name incorrectly. When I tried to talk to someone named "Janie" about the issue, she continually interrupted me, raising her voice each time, and wouldn't listen at all. When I told her to please stop interrupting so I could explain, she hung up on me. When I called back, she said, "if you want to talk about this issue you can talk about it to yourself."

I will not deal with company, and the other heirs and I will go to another title company.

These people are unprofessional, cannot behave appropriately in a business environment and lack customer service skills.
