Hello, I am a Licensed Acupuncturist, specializing in Five Element Acupuncture. I've been practicing Acupuncture for over 27 years. Acupuncture is a holistic system of medicine.  The goal of treatment is to support the individual person, treating the underlying cause of dis-ease, with the purpose of  balancing the "Qi", or  vital life-force energy, to nourish the body, mind, and spirit and to promote your own body-mind's natural healing and well-being. Acupuncture can address a wide variety of symptoms, including: * Women's Health, Pain/Sciatica/Injuries* Migraines, Stress,/Anxiety, Insomnia* Digestion, Respiratory, Chronic Illness* Preventive Health/Well-being Acupuncture treatments are generally one hour. A treatment may include Chinese herbs, dietary recommendations, and lifestyle suggestions. I only use pre-sterilized, disposable needles.
