A rip off!

They installed a kitchen sink for us and within a month it was leaking. There is visible putty all round the sink/countertops and around the drains. Of course we first noticed the leaking (under the sink) on a Sunday. One would think installing a sink should be a very basic task for a plumber. It cost us $352. We called and left a message (complaining) and they did not get back to us like they did when we first called for service. When we first called for service they called back within an hour. Finally after getting ahold of them with our complaint they blamed it on us having a used sink installed. I asked them if they only work on brand new sinks, and of course they said no. Since then we had Culligan come out to install a water softener and reverse osmosis system. The Culligan guy told us he is a plumber and looked at the sink. He said it is leaking because the Five Star plumber did not let the putty warm up (it was too cold). Also, he said the putty job was lousy (he could see putty everywhere). Five Star has made no attempt to correct our leaking sink, and we are out 352 dollars.
