I drove in from out of town and they sharpened 10 knives for me as soon as I walked in-no waiting. VERY NICE JOB! Every knife came out like new or better. Even the older knives we were going to throw out came out as sharp as the newer ones.Very Nice Job!Very Nice People!

All I have to say is I'm completely impressed. I called each sharpening place in town and explained my special sharpening need and not a single soul seemed to know anything about it. I'm a part time sushi chef and have a Shun Premiere 7" damascus knife that I use and as soon as I explained what I had Bill was super excited to sharpen it and made me feel confident in his abilities over the phone. I drove right over and in less than one minute I had a knife that was surprisingly as sharp as when I received it in the mail! Bill showed me it's extreme sharpness by quickly running it down him arm and shaving a good 5" stripe of hair clean off him forearm... wow! Thank you Bill and you guys pretty much rock!
