Don't fall for the custom lit trees. We were told how much better their lights were than other retailers. They didn't last one season. Then we took it back for repairs and again there are lights out all over the tree. What a waste of money.

Amazing selection of ornaments and Christmas decorations! The Christmas trees are gorgeous. It's quite an experience if you have never been into Ambrose Christmas store!

I LOVE this store! So much to choose from and the workers are all very friendly. The store is absolutely beautiful with a wide variety of themes and trees. A must visit during the holiday season!

Paid a premium for a pre-lit tree three years ago because they supposedly have a warranty for their trees for life!! Yea right!! Its not an old tree and I stored it put together and covered with plastic as they had asked but they are telling me that it's shot and that in order for them to fix it up it's going to cost me $275!! This is not acceptable!! I tried to support a local business but I don't think I'll do that again. I guess I'll just have to cut the lights off myself and string on some new lights so the premium I spent on the tree was for absolutely NOTHING which is what I received from Ambrose!! Did I mention that the only reason I bought from them was for the warranty!! Never again!!

One of the employees was actually rude to one of my kids, for just putting their hand on something. They are kids..it's Christmas. Get a grip! With the prices you charge, you should be a heck of a lot nicer! I would not waste my time, or particularly my money, with a store that is terribly overpriced, and frankly, flat out rude!
