Very conscientious, extremely neat, very professional

Very friendly and professional service from JK Best. They were outstanding to work with. Not sure about the previous review here. Maybe a competitor, former employee, or a glitch? My project was permitted as were the projects of others that I spoke with prior to hiring this Company. This Company is not the cheapest, but the final result is something that we still feel was very worthwhile with quality and communication that is refreshing.

This company performs work and does not obtain the necessary permits or inspections required by the State of Ohio / the City of Loveland. This work includes: plumbing fixture installation and repair that requires new / relocated waterlines and drains, replacing existing waterlines / drains that are concealed, remodeling projects where walls have been added / removed, electrical wiring including adding additional circuits and placing additional fixtures / receptacles on an existing circuits.
