Terrible Service

My husband and I stopped in on Sunday, May 4th around 1:00 pm. We ordered a hot fudge shake and a route 44 cherry lime-aid. After 20 minutes and people getting their orders that pulled in after us, we pushed the call button to see if our order was lost. My husband pushed the call button 3 times over the next 5 minutes with NO answer. We left!



When I got home I looked up the store address and phone number. I called 6 times (with the phone ringing about 20 times each and then disconnecting me) before someone answered. I asked the young man that answered the phone if I could speak to the manager. His response was, and I quote, "lady, can you call back - we are busy". I replied no, and I would like to talk to the manager. He again said, we are busy. I told him I was pissed and needed to speak to the manager. He finally told me they had no manager there and if I would call back in 2 hours someone might be there.



Today, I have called again several times and no one picks up the phone. It is now 2:30 pm (lunch rush hour should be over) no response.



I can understand a mistake and the order being misplaced. It really isn't even about the order at this point. It is about the absolute worse customer service I have had, ever!
