We have had the WORST experience with this company. The owner Carl originally quoted us pricing for filming and video. We purchased and paid for both. Instead of providing the raw footage and video, he linked it up to youtube. He then tried to send us another contract after filming (more a revised contract after already paid in full and signed by us and Carl), once he sent that asking for more money, he then took down the original video we paid for and had full rights to. He sent us emails saying his landlord and bank need more money. I would not ever do business with this company, as we are now having to get our lawyer involved and reporting him to the better business bureau. Posting reviews, hoping to save another family from the threatening emails we received and his unethical business behavior.
