Wish I could give them MINUS 5...

Wish I could give them MINUS 5 stars. Beware Goodman's Appliance Repair. They overcharge for inferior "repair". They refuse to return calls when their "repairs" fail within days and then they blame the customer, who they have ripped off.



There have been 13 complaints filed against Goodman's with the Knoxville area BBB. There are similar complaints on several consumer review sites.



DO NOT USE GOODMAN'S.
