On 11/22/10 I was confronted with what I considered to be two major issues with my 95 GMC 5 spd Diesel 16' Box Van;

1) The main brake pedal would stick causing a drain on my batteries.

2) The brake light stayed on for some unknown reason.

I referred to the Yellow Pages for a repair agency and found several shops near me.

On about the third or fourth attempt I called Shively Truck Service Inc. and spoke with Jessie. Jessie was professional, kind and impressive in answering my questions. I delivered my vehicle to Shively Truck Service Inc. and was immediately met and my issues addressed by Jessie and Lewis. My problem was diagnosed and an estimate provided. I received shuttle service to home. After a brief period I received a call and was informed exactly what the repairs would cost and the time the repairs would be done.

At the end of the day, Shively Truck Service Inc. provided excellent service and a fair price. I highly recommend Shively Truck Service Inc. for any of your truck mechanical repairs.
