Resp-A-Care is a wonderful business that I have learned as a long term patient, they have made wonderful changes to their staff in the past year. If you can't get anywhere with the CSR's ask to speak with the manager. I asked to speak with the Location Manager and was treated with greatest respect. I was told that the issues would be taken care of and my equipment was taken care of. Every business has it's issues and Resp-A-Care has CHANGED FOR THE GOOD!

If you ever need to get medical supplies delivered to your house, DON'T BOTHER with Resp-A-care. They are a bunch of unorganized idiots. Unfortunately they are the only company that can deliver my daughter's nutritional supplement, so we have to deal with them and I have to keep checking up on them like children to make sure our stuff will be delivered before we run out. As I am writing this, we are currently down to our LAST g-tube feeding and they have no idea if her refill is out to be delivered. I have called them twice, the last time being Friday (it is currently Monday), to check on it's status. Both times they seemed to have no idea I had ever put in an order for it.

This happens nearly every time we order.



Don't bother with Resp-A-Care if you don't have to.

I placed the same order with this company three times and never received anything.

Every time I called to place an order I got a different person and was told the last person I had talked to, quit.

I called a fourth time and told them to cancel my last order after waiting a week to receive it. The person I talked to did not seem to be at all concerned with losing business. Too bad this business cannot be rated with minus stars because it would earn at least five. I only gave it one star because it was required.
