Provided by YP.comI've been to this establishment twice and i refuse to go back for a third. If you're going to work in customer service, you should be at least somewhat friendly. The staff were absolutely rude and uncaring, and looked as if they didn't want to be there. It's pretty sad that a hole in the wall pawn shop, down the street, was able to give me a better price than Once Upon a Child. Me and my wife will never go back to this place ever again.

Provided by YPmobileThis store used to have good prices, now they charge as much as Walmart and Target! May as well go there for brand new items!
