i have tried it 6 times and now cant do it again. it is so bad i am trying to get a refund for my final 6 massages.

the 1st visit i had a girl that had to blow her nose every few minutes. no way should she be giving a massage while sick. the next visit the manager gave me a massage and wouldnt quit talking the whole time, how relaxing is that. the 3rd visit was good but the next ones they shorted me time 15min on one and 20 min on the other. i complained but no one seemed to care not even the corp office. they just said sorry. guess its because i prepaid. dont prepay and dont sign up for monthly. horrible service as well the Owner/manager was very rude and talked down to me because I had to cancel a massage. and then they still wanted to charge me for it. but she said she would do it this one time but she is making a note of it so next time she wont do it. she didnt have to say that. what has happened to the good service in this world.

Massage Envy in Middletown made me feel welcome and that they wanted me to be there. Excellent service and the massage was fantastic! You have got to try it!!!
