We get there and they were so nice to help us. Start telling them what we want get a car picked out they tell us one price then 20 minutes later the price goes up almost 100 dollars. We leave with the car that night with them telling us we have to come back the next day to finish paper work... Which that we do! Have the car for a week and Hana Lulu calls saying that we have to bring the car back! When I ask why she gets attitude with me and starts saying all inaccurate statements which I'm very unsure as to why she's the one calling me when we made the deal through Brittany. Oh which I must add they kept telling us that we had to lie to the bank if they call and tell them all this false information. But anyways I wouldn't suggest this dealership to anyone!!!! And if you do decide to go with them ask for anyone other than Brittany or Hana Lulu because these girls have no idea what they are doing clearly!

Hana Lulu and Kelsey made this purchase of our new Kia Soul wonderful experience. Will remeber this experience when are ready to purchase again!!!

Promised a certain price for a car, then when I went to pick up the vehicle the price went up over $150 monthly. Go here only if you want to get your hopes up and then be let down.

Our KIA Sorento lost a fuel pump about 20 miles outside Louisville and the KIA Store East was the closest dealer. The roll back took our car there and the entire staff from General Manager, to Shuttle Driver were more than helpful and courteous. They did everything they could to get us back on the road to NC which included removing a fuel pump from a new vehicle and ordering an additional part that was overnighted to the dealership. The mechanic fixed our vehicle in record time and we were on the road in no time. I would highly recommend the service department at this dealership. They were great, as was the entire staff. They have our heartfelt thanks.
