Jim Ray Consulting Services is a small firm focused on helping entrepreneurs and professionals to accomplish what they set out to do. I work with clients in the areas of: Business Development, Marketing & Sales, Business Process Improvement, Analytics ("metrics") Reviews, Vendor Negotiations, Small Project Management and Professional Coaching. I have 20+ years of business experience, including 10+ years working specifically for and with attorneys. I've held managerial roles in several organizations.
