Dr. Allen received his bachelors degree fromCentre College in Danville, Ky., and his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He completed a fellowship in minimally invasive surgery at Royal Brisbane Hospital in Brisbane, Australia. Dr. Allen has been in practice for nine years and has performed more than2,000 surgical weight loss procedures.
