No way to contact them so after emailing them and them emailing me back over 6 times I gave up and this is what I wrote them:

Hey again,

i purchased a Groupon of one DermaFrac skin resurfacing treatment from you over a month ago with my own hard earned money.

I immediately tried to contact you by calling the phone number that showed up on the Groupon. No human response was available, witch is out-rages and a big problem that was never hear before, their was an answering machine that had a record that directed me to email to this email if i wanted to schedule an appointment. witch i did in a matter of a short period of time.

We have been emailing each other for more the 5 or 6 times. it seams like you are trying to earn time with me and i'm over it and the hole way you have dealt with me.It even makes me more mad and frustrated the way you treat your customers or the way you took my money away and no service was provided or way to reach you or talk to a live person. this is humiliating and unprofessional.

I want my money back right now or legal matter against your company will be taken. on top of that i will contact Groupon and notify them that your are a fraud.

I paid 49$ and want the hole amount back.

I have your address so if further matters have to be done legally i will show up with my lawyer at your place.

Further more, i have lots of radio connections and will let the media know about you.

This is the replay I received:

Well first You can take your threats & shove them, nobody will threaten me. Second if you read your groupon we have 6 months to perform the service.

And I doubt it's been 6 months since you bought it..

So go right ahead & get your hard earned $49 back from groupon.

So this who you are dealing with if you go over there!!!
