My wife and I both paid for and had exams done at Jeskie and the optometrist was professional and thorough. However, guy in charge of fitting, Rick, is less than hospitable if you don't buy glasses or contacts from the store.



I looked at titanium frames and was quickly told the only ones available were name brands (expensive, $400+). Ultimately I ended up buying titanium frames and 1.67 lens online for one-forth the cost. When I asked Rick if I could PAY him to adjust the frames he said no, "It's not worth my time."



I understand the store's desire to SELL frames and contacts. It's a business. But to be so rude upon an offer to PAY for a lesser service, especially after I paid for two peoples' eye exam is off putting and unprofessional, and I won't be going back.
