I had a good experience over all, although I will not return to this hotel because of the lifeguard Tim. I had to contact management twice, he is demeaning & rude. Rules are posted for safety, I understand that but you do not ask guests if they know how to read. If people are to follow the rules then the SAME RULES need to be enforced by all team members in the pool area. Tim treated not only myself but the other families & guests in the pool area in an unacceptable way. It's really a shame that one person can spoil the whole establishment.

The desk clerk and custodian stopped working to makeshift me an ice pack the morning after wrist reconstruction surgery. They gave us extra pillows for arm elevation free of charge. They are the best all around. We stay there everytime we travel to louisville(every other month). Very clean pool and hot tub with friendly lifeguards.
