Provided by YP.comOur company was given Mr. Bicker's contact information from a closing attorney we had used on a purchase. We had requested an appraisal from David Bicker. We met, handed him a check for $800 and was told we would have our appraisal within 2 weeks. That was back in March . After numerous attempts to call David ( he only answers text BTW) he kept promising that we would receive the service's we paid him for I finally asked for our money back. This has been going on since May 21st , 2018.
