Best pizza EVER and customer service

While I have not eaten in this location, I wanted to take the time to review because the two negative reviews on here were fairly ridiculous. First as someone who has SOME online advertising for my business. If someone else added Bearno's to Yelp, it is NOT their job to make sure the prices are accurate, hence the "claim your page" on the yelp page. I get this same thing all the time. We are not able to keep up with every single website so Joe Blow ads us too with inaccurate info. If you want accurate pricing, GO TO BEARNO'S SITE! To the person who received incorrect pizza, I received an incorrect order once as well, they apologized, and wrote "in their book" that they had left off toppings and the next time I ordered they took care of it. While maybe they messed up, it is not their job to "look at your history" and know your family does not eat something. When that happened to me, they looked back at my current order, maybe they wrote yours down wrong, maybe you ordered wrong, who knows. Either way, I have never had them act in that manner to me. I have always had nothing but awesome service and delicious food. Thanks for the hard work guys!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
The pizza that I ordered to go was VERY good, can't say the same about the help! On a particular occasion went to Preston location to order a pizza to go. I showed the price listed online yellow pages as it stated $17.99 and the manager insisted that price was inaccurate and that the actual price was $24 and some change. I got the tone that she was irritated that I was perplexed at why Bearnos would not Honor the price listed on YP! I then decided to leave. That happened about 3 months ago. I call back tonight to inquire why the pricing on YP hasn't changed and spoke to a worker that seemed as though she could care less about my inquiry. I asked to speak to the manager, she told me "She's really busy". I asked for Bearnos regional phone number she said, "We dont have that".
After that exchange, I can say with confidence any satisfaction that I remember from the pizza that I had before, now leaves a foul taste in my mouth. I would not recommend Bearnos on Preston Highway to anyone who values customer service!
