Bad experience. This dental provider makes you pay upfront and - in my experience - trying to get a rightful refund for charges not allowed by insurance was a hassle. I did finally receive a refund (more than a month after services were provided), but I also received a letter from this provider dismissing me as a patient. I guess I am a trouble maker since I would not accept the incorrect information provided to me by this dental provider's staff. If you use this provider, be sure to check your EOB from your insurance company and challenge any unauthorized "lab fees." Or better yet, why go through all of that hassle? Just move on and chose another quality dentist.
