Owner and cancer survivor, Sylvia Bencomo has stated, "Having gone through breast cancer at the age of 39 and seeing my eldest daughter go through it at the age of 31, I decided I wanted to devote myself to helping women find their confidence and self-esteem while going through cancer treatment. " Bencomo is an Air Force Veteran and ex-government worker and this is her first business venture. "I want to create a relationship with people and a support network for them to let them know that they are not alone". The boutique will be offering such brands such as Amoena, which is the largest manufacturer of breast forms and LindiSkin, a skin care company specializing in the needs of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and radiation.
