Should have listened to the terrible reviews and so should you! Got the run around on an estimate to replace a heater on one of my rental properties. It's been 26 days since the original contact and I have still not received an estimate! First it was "you should get it any day", then it was "we sent it to your email", then it was "Jason didn't put it in the computer - I'll talk to him and call you back." Then "Jason's really busy today." Then "Jason was in a car accident yesterday and that's why you haven't received it." And finally, "we have a lot of customers and didn't have time." When I asked to speak with the manager I was informed that Jason (the technician who failed to enter the estimate, failed to call me back and failed to follow through) is the manager!!!! Then Ashley (the lovely scheduling lady) hung up on me when I said maybe I should take my business elsewhere. Tenant ended up without heat for 11 days and counting. That is unacceptable! If you can't do the work in a timely manner then the least you could do is let the customer know that so that they can plan accordingly. I have 6 rental properties in the Albuquerque area - they just lost 6 customers in one swoop. Use TLC instead - I know I will!

Please think twice about going with this company. I thought it was great service until they back out on their word to fix something for no charge. I am reporting them it was so disconcerting to have a company go back on their word. Nm is a word of mouth state and I will do everything in my power to decrease business or have it shut down all together.

Very helpful, reliable, courteous and responsive! They try to take care of you on the price as much as possible too. Your problems are their problems, it feels like they really care.

Albuquerque Plumbing was very timely and efficient!! They knew exactly what they were talking about when it came to installing refrigerated air in my home. Now I am living the dream in my new cool home!!

non reliable dont return call. they took 2 months to install 6 heaters and said they fixed co levels in all other apartments . yeah right still have problems had to call in another company to fix them right. then called to have a estimate to start up our swamp coolers steve said if we werent gunna use them to start them up they werent going to come out to give me a estimate, what kinda service is that? then called them 3 days straight said they call me back never did then weekend service talked to them said the same thing still no call back. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY THEY ARE RUDE AND DONT KNOW HOW TO DO BUSSINESS, PROBALLY BURNED ALOT OF PEOPLE I KNOW THEY DID OUR COMPANY THATS PROBALLY WHY THEY CHANGED THIER NUMBER.

Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. They came out twice in two days for different issues. The second time, the repairman was here in less than an hour. The fees were reasonable and the service incredible. I will use them to replace my furnace when the time comes for that and I will call them again for any problems I have.

I had a water heater go out in one of my rental homes. Called them gentlemen and promptly got a technician out to the house. Very knowledgable and VERY fair. Will not use any other plumbing service from now on. EXCELLENT COMPANY!!!!

Called when my hot water wasn't- he came within 20 minutes and serviced the hot water heater, lit the furnace, & tested the CO levels. Polite, professional, and efficient. Wonderful- I have heat and hot water!! It is going to be a good weekend!

WOW!!!! I am so happy with the work they did. They did the plumbing in my remodel. It looks great. The sinks, tubs, and toilets are working better then I could have thought.

these guys were great not only does the install look amazing but they were very curtious and very helpful with all the questions i had about my new systems. i would recommend them to anyone who is looking to do a conversion to refrigerated a/c. MY AC SYSTEM WORKS GREAT!!!!!!!! They even put on boot protectors and put down dropcloths to protect my floors
