Techs are thorough and usually show up early or on time. Sometimes it seems like they may be overselling, but I'm sure they know the equipment and what it is likely to do. Predicting reliability and lifespan of a machine is an art, and subject to the biases of the predictor.

I called Gallagher's Plumbing, Heating and Air Yesterday. We wanted to have to have the AC unit service and inspected, before the years heat started. have had an excellent experience with all the office staff. They are courteous and professional. No run around. Luke arrived on time, remembered us and was very personable. He also introduced us to a new member of the team. Not new, to the systems as he has been doing installations and sales for 20 years. Dan tackled the heating unit while Luke did the outside AC unit. No issues were found on the heating unit. Dan told me what things were starting to show age and with regular servicing, there would probably would not be any surprises. The AC Unit that Luke was working on was another matter. The electrical panel that had the shut off, had melted wires and was a fire hazard. He replaced it with another one, he had on the truck and it has fuses built in. Much better than the original that was wired direct. He also found that the sealed fan unit had leaked it's oil and was on it's way to seizing. He did not have one on the truck, but called other techs in the area and was able to get one from them. He wanted to get it all done with this one service call, so we would not be more inconvenienced. It started to rain, before they got done and they worked past quitting time. All of this was most appreciated. Great company, Great office staff and great techs. Thank You Luke & Dan. Thank You Gallagher's!

Over the past 4 months Gallagher's has installed top quality furnace/AC including whole-house duct work as well as water treatment, tankless water heater, toilet, and tub-shower surround, etc. All my contacts with all the company's representatives have been excellent. Their technicians are professional and personable. The few glitches encountered when doing that much work were resolved asap and I was kept informed of progress. -- Even the county building inspector complimented their work! I couldn't be more pleased and I am happy to highly recommend this company.

Cody Nadeau was called to my house twice in the last week and both visits were great! He was early both times and called ahead to make sure that was okay. Upon arrival, he greeted me warmly and shook my hand (introducing himself the first time), and got straight to the inspection. As I observed, he proceeded to detail exactly what he was doing and why. When I asked a question, he answered sincerely without hesitation. Not only that, but when there was nothing to say regarding the job at hand, we bantered and got to know each other a little better.
After the inspection, he explained the pricing options concisely, allowing me to make an educated decision. After finishing his work, he made sure to clean up after himself and ask if there was anything else he could help with. After signing the paperwork, he gave me his card and said to call if I needed anything and gave me a fond farewell. I couldn't have asked for a better experience - 5/5, 10/10, A+

Well here I am once again. My pipes under my mobile decided to spring leaks AGAIN, olny this time I had to completely turn off the water. So of course I panicked and had no idea what to do, I knew I didn't have the money to fix it. Some days went by with no water to the inside, except for turning it on to flush toilet, and take showers. I finally gave up and called Gallagher's, I was hopeful and so upset while talking with her, she did calm me down, t I think because she stayed calm while letting me know that something will be done, I felt like crying. So after some calls around she was able to get me some help. So if you are reading this, Thank you so much.
Then Mark showed up here, and I think it was his day off even. Well we talked about what could be done, he knew I had no money to fix the problem. Mark said he won't leave me without water so again I almost cried, so he made some calls and was able to get me some help. Then later Nate shows up, we talk about what was going on, it was getting late, and dark, but Nate said he will make sure I have water before he leaves, he used a flashlite and worked on it for quit a while, it was getting late but Nate was able to get it fixed. I still need all new pipe, but at least I have water again, then I did cry, sorry about that Nate..
I really never really realized how important water is, when I go camping I take water with me, and it works out just fine with a limited amount of water, but to run a house without water is a whole new story.

Gallaghers you are all so wonderful, as well as caring. Thank you all so much.

Chris C. And Tommy were scheduled for a removal / install Saturday morning. They arrived as promised and began work immediately.
This was an all day project. Chris and Tommy were very professional. At times, hardly knew they were there.
Also cleaned up the work site so not to know they were ever there.
After the install they stayed and explained the new system completely.

The technician Scott was very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. We are pleased with his work and how he handled our air conditioning system. 100+ F days with just fans was not an exciting prospect for us, but now we don't have to worry about that!

It was cool. They were great on the phone when I called to ask them about an air conditioning check up that I needed because it wasn't working 100% like it did last summer. They made my appointment really easily they were on time and the air conditioner blows cold now. That's pretty much everything I wanted. I would tell my best friend to use this place if she ever needed too.
